These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of all software products operated by Aqryn Technologies under finvyr.com — including Finvyr™ Invoice, Stock, Weigh, Food, Agri, and Sell. By creating an account or using any Product, you agree to be unconditionally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all software products operated by Aqryn Technologies ("Company", "we", "us") under finvyr.com, including Finvyr™ Invoice, Stock, Weigh, Food, Agri, and Sell (collectively, "the Products" or "the Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using any Product, you ("User", "you") agree to be unconditionally bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law. All Products are strictly for professional and business use by individuals, sole proprietors, partnerships, LLPs, or companies. Use of the Service for personal, non-commercial, or consumer purposes is not permitted.
Aqryn Technologies provides the following business management tools as a cloud-hosted SaaS (Software as a Service) platform: • Finvyr™ Invoice — GST invoicing, payment reminders, client management, GSTR-1 export, P&L statements, transport billing (lorry receipts). • Stock — inventory management, purchase orders, stock tracking, supplier records. • Weigh — weighbridge management, truck weighment records, material tracking, reports. • Food — restaurant/food business billing, recipe costing, inventory, order management. • Agri — agricultural trade records, mandi billing, farmer payment tracking, crop management. • Sell — sales management, product catalogue, order tracking, sales reporting. All Products are tools that help you manage and document your business operations. They do not constitute financial services, tax advice, legal advice, or accounting services.
You are solely responsible for: (a) Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials; (b) All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you; (c) The accuracy and legality of all data you enter into any Product; (d) Notifying us immediately at support@finvyr.com upon discovering any unauthorised account access. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials or from unauthorised use of your account.
Aqryn Technologies is a software platform provider only. We are NOT a bank, payment processor, payment gateway, payment aggregator, NBFC, wallet operator, or any form of financial institution regulated by RBI or SEBI. We do NOT hold, process, or transfer your money or your customers' money at any point. The Products may help you: — Generate UPI QR codes linked to your own UPI account; — Create payment links via your own registered Razorpay or Stripe account; — Record and track payments for your own bookkeeping. All actual money movement is exclusively between you and your customers or vendors, via your own registered payment accounts. Aqryn Technologies has zero access to or control over these funds. We are not responsible for failed, delayed, disputed, or fraudulent payments between you and your customers. The only payment that flows to Aqryn Technologies is your subscription fee for using the Products, processed by Razorpay or Stripe on our behalf.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. The following are strictly prohibited: (a) Generating fraudulent, fictitious, inflated, or misrepresentative invoices, bills, or records; (b) Using the Service to facilitate tax evasion, money laundering, financial fraud, or any criminal activity; (c) Creating records for goods or services not actually supplied or transactions that never occurred; (d) Sending spam, threatening, harassing, or unsolicited communications via the reminder system; (e) Impersonating any person, business, government authority, or entity; (f) Gaining or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' data; (g) Reverse-engineering, decompiling, scraping, copying, or reselling any part of the Service; (h) Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service except via our official API; (i) Entering false weighment data that could be used to defraud counterparties (for Weigh); (j) Violating any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights. Violation of this section may result in immediate permanent account termination without notice, refund, or liability on our part. We reserve the right to report suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities.
Access to paid features of the Products is provided on a subscription basis, billed monthly or annually through Razorpay (India) or Stripe (International). Prices are displayed on the pricing page at finvyr.com/pricing and are inclusive of 18% GST for Indian users. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You authorise Razorpay or Stripe to charge your registered payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account Settings → Billing, or by emailing support@finvyr.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to your paid features until the period ends. Prices may be changed with 30 days' notice sent to your registered email address. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price. For refunds, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy at finvyr.com/refund.
All Products are tools that generate documents, records, and exports based solely on the data you enter. You are entirely responsible for: — The accuracy, completeness, and legality of all data entered; — Compliance with GST, income tax, labour law, weights & measures law, FSSAI regulations, APMC regulations, or any other applicable statute relevant to your industry and use of the Product; — Verifying all generated documents before submission to any authority, client, or counterparty. Finvyr™ Invoice's GSTR-1 export is a data formatting tool — it is NOT a GST filing service and does not constitute a GSP (GST Suvidha Provider). All filings remain your responsibility. Weigh's weighment records are for business record-keeping — you are responsible for ensuring compliance with the Legal Metrology Act, 2009 and state-level weights & measures regulations. Aqryn Technologies does not provide tax advice, legal advice, financial advice, or accounting services. You should consult a qualified Chartered Accountant, legal professional, or industry-specific consultant for such matters.
Products including Finvyr™ Invoice include an automated email reminder system that sends communications to your clients on your behalf. You are solely responsible for ensuring: (a) Your clients have consented to receiving such communications; (b) The invoices for which reminders are sent represent genuine, legitimate transactions; (c) Compliance with applicable anti-spam and electronic communication laws including the IT Act, 2000 (India) and CAN-SPAM Act (USA) where applicable. Aqryn Technologies shall not be liable for any claims, complaints, legal proceedings, or penalties arising from reminder emails or communications sent to your clients or customers.
All Products — including their names, logos, wordmarks, interface design, codebase, features, email templates, document formats, and all related intellectual property — are owned exclusively by Aqryn Technologies and protected under Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Products solely for your own internal business purposes during your active subscription period. You may not: copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, sublicense, resell, or create derivative works from any part of the Products. Unauthorised use of Aqryn Technologies' branding or code may result in legal action.
You retain full ownership of all data, records, invoices, documents, and content you create within any Product ("User Content"). We do not claim any ownership over your business data. By uploading logos, signatures, or other files, you grant Aqryn Technologies a limited, royalty-free licence to store and process such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you upload; (b) your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights; (c) your User Content complies with all applicable laws.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Service. Temporary unavailability may occur due to: scheduled maintenance (notified in advance where possible), infrastructure updates, or outages at Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare, Razorpay, or Stripe. We target 99.5% monthly uptime. Documented downtime exceeding this threshold may be addressed through service credits at our discretion. Scheduled or unplanned downtime does not automatically entitle you to a cash refund except as described in our Refund Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aqryn Technologies, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for: (a) Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; (b) Loss of revenue, profit, data, business opportunity, goodwill, or contracts; (c) Damages from unauthorised access to or alteration of your data; (d) Damages from errors in your invoices, tax filings, weighment records, or any generated documents; (e) Financial losses arising from payment disputes between you and your customers or vendors; (f) Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures. In all cases, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid to Aqryn Technologies in the 3 calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Products are provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or fitness for regulatory compliance. Demand letters, legal notice templates, and reminder copy provided through the Products are for convenience only and do not constitute legal advice. Consult a qualified legal professional before taking legal action based on content generated by the Service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aqryn Technologies and its directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law; (e) any tax penalties, legal notices, or regulatory actions arising from documents you generated using the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice or refund if: (a) You violate any provision of these Terms; (b) We have reason to believe your account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) You initiate unjustified chargebacks against us; (d) Your actions are harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by emailing support@finvyr.com. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days except where retention is required by law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms or any Product shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. For disputes of value up to ₹20 lakhs, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before initiating court proceedings.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any product-specific addenda, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aqryn Technologies regarding the Products and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent in-product notice. Your continued use of any Product after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
