This Refund Policy governs all subscription purchases made for Finvyr, operated by Aqryn Technologies. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before upgrading your plan.
The Free plan is available at no cost and requires no payment details. There is nothing to refund for Free plan usage. You may use the Free plan indefinitely without any obligation.
If you upgrade to a paid plan (Individual or Pro) and are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first payment. To request a refund, email support@finvyr.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your registered email address and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
After the 7-day window, subscription payments are non-refundable. This applies to monthly renewals as well. If you forget to cancel before a renewal, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing in your Finvyr dashboard, or by emailing support@finvyr.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then. No partial-month refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle using the payment method on file. You will receive a reminder email 3 days before each renewal. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you wish to stop.
If a recurring payment fails, we will retry the charge up to 3 times over 7 days. During this period your account remains active. If payment remains unsuccessful, your account is downgraded to the Free plan and your data is retained. No late fees or penalties apply.
In cases of extended service outages (more than 72 consecutive hours of total unavailability) directly caused by us, affected users may be eligible for a pro-rata credit or refund for the affected period, applied to the next billing cycle or issued as a refund at our discretion.
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us at support@finvyr.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving genuine billing disputes quickly and fairly.
Finvyr subscription fees are subject to applicable GST under Indian tax law. A GST invoice will be issued for all paid transactions upon request. Please note that subscription invoices from Aqryn Technologies are entirely separate from invoices you create for your own clients within the platform.
