This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs subscription payments made for any Aqryn Technologies product — Finvyr™ Invoice, Stock, Weigh, Food, Agri, or Sell. Please read this policy before subscribing. We believe in clear, honest billing with no hidden commitments.
Aqryn Technologies offers a fair and transparent refund policy. We want you to feel confident when subscribing. This policy applies to all paid subscriptions for any Product — Finvyr™ Invoice, Stock, Weigh, Food, Agri, or Sell — purchased directly through finvyr.com. We strongly recommend using the free trial period (where available) before upgrading to a paid plan. This helps you evaluate the Product fully before committing.
Where offered, a free trial period provides full access to the features of the selected plan at no cost. No credit card is required during the trial. The trial is available once per account and begins from your registration date. If you do not upgrade before the trial ends, your account automatically moves to the Free plan (where available) or access to paid features is paused. You will not be charged unless you explicitly subscribe.
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance for each calendar month. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. When you cancel a monthly plan: — Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. — You retain full access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. — You will not be charged again after that date. — No pro-rata or partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of a monthly billing period. This policy exists because monthly plans are already priced at a short commitment, and access to the full feature set is provided immediately upon payment.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of the initial payment, provided the Product has not been substantially used (more than 10 invoices created, or equivalent meaningful usage in other Products). To request a refund on an annual plan: 1. Email support@finvyr.com from your registered email address within 7 days of payment. 2. Include your account email, the Product name, and your Razorpay/Stripe payment reference. 3. We will process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. After the 7-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remaining subscription period. You may cancel at any time to stop renewal, and you retain access until the end of the annual period.
Add-on features (such as the Transport Add-on for Finvyr™ Invoice) follow the same policy as the base plan they are purchased with: — If purchased monthly: non-refundable; access until end of billing period upon cancellation. — If purchased annually: eligible for refund within 7 days if not substantially used. Add-ons are cancelled automatically when the associated base plan is cancelled.
You may upgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the unused portion of your current plan may be applied as a credit toward the higher plan (where supported by Razorpay or Stripe). The exact proration depends on your billing gateway. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You are not refunded the difference for the current billing period. Your account features adjust to the new plan at the start of the next cycle.
If the Service experiences documented downtime exceeding our 99.5% monthly uptime target due to issues on our end (not third-party infrastructure), we may at our discretion issue a service credit proportional to the disruption. Service credits are applied to your next billing cycle and are not payable as cash. Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance (notified in advance), outages at Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare, Razorpay, or Stripe, or force majeure events are not grounds for a cash refund.
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following circumstances: (a) Your account was suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, including fraudulent use, abusive behaviour, or illegal activity; (b) You forgot to cancel before a renewal date — it is your responsibility to manage your subscription; (c) You disagree with a change in features or pricing after the 7-day window for annual plans; (d) Technical issues were caused by your own device, browser, internet connection, or third-party integrations; (e) You purchased the wrong plan — please use the free trial or contact us before purchasing if unsure.
We ask that you contact us at support@finvyr.com before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. In most cases, we can resolve concerns quickly. Initiating an unjustified chargeback is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in: — Immediate permanent account suspension; — Forfeiture of any active subscription period or credits; — Legal action to recover costs and damages. If a chargeback is initiated and later found to be unjustified, you agree to reimburse Aqryn Technologies for the chargeback fee plus any associated legal or recovery costs.
To cancel your subscription: 1. Log in → Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription, or 2. Email support@finvyr.com from your registered email with subject "Cancel Subscription". Cancellation confirmation will be sent to your registered email within 24 hours. On cancellation: — For monthly plans: access continues until the end of the current period; no further charges. — For annual plans: access continues until the end of the annual period; no further charges. — Your data is retained for 30 days after the end of the final paid period, after which it may be deleted. Export your data before cancelling.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method: — Razorpay (India): 5–7 business days to your bank account or card. — Stripe (International): 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer. — Processing timelines are set by your bank/card issuer and are outside our control once we initiate the refund. We will email you a refund confirmation once it is initiated. If you do not receive the refund within the stated window, please contact your bank first, then contact us at support@finvyr.com.
All subscription prices are inclusive of 18% GST for Indian users. When a refund is processed, the full amount paid (including GST) is refunded. We will issue a reverse invoice/credit note as required under GST law. International users are billed without Indian GST via Stripe; refunds are the full amount charged.
To request a refund, raise a billing query, or report a payment issue: Email: support@finvyr.com Subject: "Refund Request — [Your Account Email]" Include: Your account email, Product name, payment date, and Razorpay/Stripe payment reference. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
