This Privacy Policy explains how Aqryn Technologies ('we', 'us', 'our') collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use any of our Products — Finvyr™ Invoice, Stock, Weigh, Food, Agri, or Sell — available at finvyr.com. By creating an account or using any Product, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
Aqryn Technologies ("we", "us", "our") is an Indian technology company that develops and operates business management software products available at finvyr.com, including Finvyr™ Invoice, Stock, Weigh, Food, Agri, and Sell (collectively, "the Products" or "the Service"). This Privacy Policy applies uniformly to all Products. When you create an account on any Product, you agree to the data practices described here.
We collect information in three ways: A. Information you provide directly — your name, email address, mobile number, business name, GSTIN, PAN, HSN codes, bank details, UPI ID, address, business type, logo, and any other information you enter while using the Service. B. Business data you create — invoices, purchase orders, stock records, weighment entries, food items, agricultural transactions, sales records, client/vendor details, and any other records you generate within the Products. C. Technical data collected automatically — IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, access timestamps, pages visited, and error logs collected via our infrastructure (Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare). We do NOT collect payment card numbers, CVVs, or banking passwords. All payment processing is done directly by Razorpay (India) or Stripe (International) under their PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. We receive only a subscription status confirmation and a transaction reference ID.
We use your information strictly to: (a) Provide, maintain, operate, and improve the Products you use; (b) Process your subscription payments through Razorpay or Stripe; (c) Send transactional emails — invoices, payment reminders, billing receipts, and account notifications — on your behalf or to you; (d) Respond to your support requests and troubleshoot issues; (e) Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service; (f) Comply with applicable Indian and international legal obligations. We do NOT sell, rent, trade, share, or monetise your personal data or business data with any third party for marketing, advertising, analytics resale, or any commercial purpose.
Aqryn Technologies is a software platform provider, NOT a payment processor, payment aggregator, payment gateway, or financial institution. We do not hold, transfer, or process your money or your customers' money. The Products may help you generate UPI QR codes, display your own UPI ID, or create Razorpay/Stripe payment links — but all actual money movement happens between you and your customer via your own registered payment accounts (your UPI handle, your Razorpay account, or your Stripe account). Aqryn Technologies has no access to these funds at any point. Your subscription fee to use the Products is the only payment that flows to Aqryn Technologies, and this is processed by Razorpay or Stripe on our behalf.
All data is stored on Supabase, which is ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certified. Your data is protected by: — HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit; — AES-256 encryption for data at rest on Supabase infrastructure; — Row-Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring your data is completely isolated from other users' data — no cross-user data access is possible at the database level; — bcrypt password hashing — we never store passwords in plain text; — Multi-factor authentication available for your account; — Restricted production database access with audit logging for Aqryn staff. Despite these measures, no system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for notifying us immediately at support@finvyr.com of any suspected unauthorised access.
The Products integrate with the following third-party services. We share only the minimum data necessary for each to function: • Razorpay — subscription billing for Indian users (razorpay.com/privacy) • Stripe — subscription billing for international users (stripe.com/privacy) • Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage (supabase.com/privacy) • Vercel — hosting and edge network (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy) • Cloudflare — DDoS protection and CDN (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy) • Zoho Mail / SMTP — transactional email delivery We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising or behavioural tracking tools. The Products are completely ad-free.
Different Products collect different categories of business data: • Finvyr™ Invoice — invoice data, GSTIN, HSN codes, client information, payment reminder logs, GSTR-1 export data, transport/lorry receipt details. • Stock — product inventory, SKUs, purchase orders, supplier details, stock movement records. • Weigh — vehicle registration numbers, driver information, material type, weighment timestamps, tare/gross weights. • Food — menu items, recipe costs, supplier details, daily sales, ingredient inventory. • Agri — farmer names, crop types, mandi purchase/sale records, payment disbursement tracking. • Sell — product catalogue, customer order history, sales rep performance data. All data you enter in any Product is owned by you. We process it solely to provide the features of that Product to you.
We use only essential session cookies to keep you authenticated and maintain your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, retargeting scripts, or behavioural analytics cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but this will prevent access to authenticated areas of the Service.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and GDPR (where applicable), you have the right to: — Access the personal data we hold about you; — Correct inaccurate or incomplete data via the Settings section of your account; — Export your business data in CSV format from your account dashboard; — Request deletion of your account and all associated data; — Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; — Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@finvyr.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active or as required by law. If you request account deletion, your personal data, business records, invoices, and client data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of verification. Exception: Subscription payment records (receipts issued to you by Aqryn Technologies) are retained for a minimum of 7 years as required by Indian accounting law (Companies Act, 2013) and GST law. This data cannot be deleted on request. Deleted data cannot be recovered. Export all records before requesting deletion.
All Products are strictly intended for adults aged 18 years or older operating as business entities or professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18. If we discover that we have done so inadvertently, we will delete it immediately. Report suspected minor accounts to support@finvyr.com.
While our Products are primarily designed for Indian businesses, users from other countries may access them. By using the Service, international users consent to their data being stored and processed in India (via Supabase) and acknowledge that Indian law governs this policy. We make no representation that the Service meets the requirements of every jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with local data protection laws in your country.
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 7 days before the change takes effect and display a notice within the Service. Continued use of any Product after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree, you may request account deletion.
